Colin Tracy

Michelle Glass
ISSA Certified Personal Trainer, Sports Nutritionist, Corrective Exercise Specialist, Transformation Behaviorist, Life Coach
This retired English teacher of 32 years has always had a passion for fitness, food, and learning. Starting at the early age of 14, Michelle suffered a debilitating back injury and rehabbed herself by regularly training with heavy weights and was hooked for life.
Michelle took her training to another level and competed in INBF (International Natural Bodybuilding and Figure) competitions starting at the age of 40, placing 2nd, 3rd, and 1st, respectively.
Food and fitness became an obsession, and that’s when this mother of
three fell into the world of training.
“Learning is a lifelong experience,” Michelle explains. “The field of health and wellness incorporates so many facets of the human body that need to be studied on a consistent basis if I’m going to help all my clients.”
Michelle has trained and coached people of all ages and fitness levels, encourages
“food as thy medicine” and a “practice-what-she-preaches” approach.
Clients learn from Michelle that dedication, consistency, and a balance of life are the
keys to success. Being the strength and conditioning coach for the high school at which she taught allowed Michelle to utilize her exceptional motivational strategies from the classroom to the weight room. From preparing student athletes for football combines and baseball showcases, to guiding teams and individual students to take good care of their bodies and minds,
Michelle was able to transform so many young lives and share her passion for wellness with the whole student body.
“When you chase good health with a balanced lifestyle, aesthetics will follow.”
Michelle’s expertise in joint mobility and resistance training make her classes and
training sessions individualized, combining vital nutritional instruction in clean-eating
clinics as part of her full program. All ages and fitness levels benefit from her
motivational energy and spirit.

Small Group Training/Classes
Mobility Training with Michelle- Tuesday Mornings, 7am
- Mobility refers to your ability to move freely with control and stability, improving larger ranges of motion. Mobility contributes to long-term fitness success, directly impacting both fat loss, muscle building, and longevity. Sometimes termed corrective exercise, mobility is head and shoulders above that. In 50 minutes, you will feel invigorated and energized after completing a full body mobility routine that works the cervical (upper), thoracic (core), and lumbar (lower) zones. Rotational mobility, trunk connectivity, neck, shoulder, wrist, hip, knee, and ankle movements are all practiced during this class. The program encourages ideal movement patterns, increases stable ranges of motion, corrects muscle imbalances, reduces joint pain and stiffness, and sets you up for better power generation. Dramatically improve your current workout routine or break through joint ailments that have prevented you from moving without pain. Get rid of all your NSAIDS and supplements promising you a miracle and work on mobility consistently for the reality of a revolutionary new lifestyle.
